Who we are. AI Markets Desk ("we") runs aimarketsdesk.com, a directory of businesses for sale and a referral service for AI data-licensing programs.

What we collect. When you submit a form, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone, company details, industry, headcount, records information, operating status, contact preferences and message. We also record the submission time, the page you submitted from, your IP address and your approximate country, for security and spam prevention.

How we use it. To review your inquiry and connect you with a relevant partner. With your consent, we share your information with our data-licensing partners, such as Pewter Data or PolyShares, so they can contact you about licensing your company's data. Business-sale inquiries may be shared with a business broker. We don't sell your information to data brokers or add you to marketing lists.

Referral relationships. We may earn a referral commission if a partner completes a deal with a business we introduce. You pay nothing for this.

Partners. Once a partner receives your information, its own privacy policy applies to how it handles it.

Storage & retention. Submissions are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We keep them for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

Cookies. This site uses no advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Changes. We'll post any updates to this policy on this page.
